I took an advantage of (!?) my bf's b-day. Here are what I made for us :p Roast Deer -- w/rosemary, bay leaf, white wine, olive oil, finished up with Balsamic vinegar and honey, garnished with caper, walnuts and spring onions. 鹿肉のロースト；マリネエキス - ローズマリー、ローリエ、白ワイン、オリーブオイル等。 バルサミコ酢＆はちみつ煮詰めたソースと、ケーパー、く るみ、揚げたローズマリー、新タマネギを添えて。 This is how I prepared 仕込み中の鹿肉 Hot Caprese ホットカプレーゼ Bagna Cauda バーニャカウダ w/Guinness of course! 当然ギネスと！ Sichuan style bean curd as requested 四川麻婆豆腐 So far -- 手前は豆苗炒め Paella -- w/chicken, shrimp, chorizo and mussels パエリア：今回はチキン／エビ／チョリソー／ムール貝 w/creative style peeled red paprika OK, are we finished? We couldn't finish even half of them! 半分も食べ切れなかった！
